    Semen does contain a lot of mood-altering hormones (testosterone,oestrogen,prolactin..) .  Some of these have been detected in
    womens blood after sex, because they were absorbed through the vagina.
    The study showed that the women who were directly exposed to semen, were more happy and less depressed.
